This summer my wife and I decided that we wanted to start riding again, the problem was is that my bike needed a major tune up! I called around and visited Cactus Bike & Ski. I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.
