I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2.
I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.

Ivan of Intricate Roofing and Contracting helped us after our home was damaged in a violent storm. He was wonderful. He is also a member of our community living only a couple of blocks away. His ready assistance saved us money and real difficulties.

Bonne expérience au niveau de la ponctualité. Toutefois, j’ai fait exactement le même trajet deux jours d’affilée avec deux conducteurs différents et malgré qu’il y avait beaucoup moins de de traffic la 2e fois, ça m’a coûté 10$ de plus. Voilà la raison pour les 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.
