I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. i can’t say enough about valley driving school in Abbotsford . The office staff was helpful and courteous My instructor Frank was amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional. Any mistakes were corrected with an explanation of why it happened and how to avoid it happening again. He worked very hard at building my confidence and helping me be successful.
