I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Nicholas just came through for me with a Driving impair charges with flying colours. I am giving him 5 star ratings for the tremendous work he has done. He was always on time, reliable, punctual, upfront and honest with me the first time I met him. After talking with him a few times I realize he is the man for this job.
