Prompt, cordial and very friendly. The inspector sent to my home was very professional and thorough. Answered all of my questions about what he was doing and when he left the follow up was just as good. Rusty really knew what he was doing and fixed an old treadmill where the plastic had broken holding the bolt that secures the roller, He used a large washer to provide strength and then taught me how to adjust it going forward. Very professional and someone who really knows his stuff. Only charged the service fee as no parts required.
