BM4S has provided property maintenance for our entire subdivision near Blue Mountain for the past several years & they provide outstanding service! Even in the worst of storms they’ve never let us down - clearing snow, sanding the ice - residents have never been snowed in. They follow the municipal snow plow trucks so that the driveways dont end up being blocked with a wall of snow/ice from the big municipal plows. Thank you!

Received their estimate within 24 hrs of my call and the team was there 2 days later to remove some very large trees and stumps. Very friendly, experienced and knowledgable. Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.
