I visited the Mercedes salon for the first time for a colour and cut. My hair has not looked this good for years. Had so many comments saying how fantastic it looks. Best facial treatment I've ever received. I took the life double radiance scrub home with me and is so happy that I got this scrub. It removes the dead skin and gives my skin a glowing effect. I will definitely suggest this spa to anyone else. Jaclyne

Ive been getting my hair cut here probably for 15 years and I have never once had a bad experience. Paul has almost exclusively cut my hair for at least the past 7 years and he is always amazing, I had a bad experience with a hair stylist somewhere else and they basically destroyed my hair and gave me basically a mullet. Paul was able to take that major mistake and give me a beautiful cut. He is always friendly, talkative and thoughtful. Probably the only person I trust to cut my hair anymore.
