From my first step in the door, I was treated with a friendly and professional attitude. The experienced brokers took all my worries and wonders out of getting the insurance I needed at a price I could afford. Couldn't be happier, wish I'd found them years earlier! I used Ayman Haddad for my mortgage. It was time sensitive and I was under a lot of stress at the time. Theresa was so helpful. She was very patient and kind, (I broke down crying over having to put my Dad in a nursing home) explained everything, and I felt very taken care of.

I called with car problems and they took my car right away. I thought it was an expensive problem but they told me not to worry because the fix was much cheaper so you can be assured honesty and great prices as an added bonus. Car was fixed much quicker than expexted. I have been and will always keep going back. Hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days!!! Bill

My family went to shoeless joes this past sunday because we herd it was under new management, and really wanted to try it. We went in and were greated promply. The server was very polite and had great meal suggestions. I informed my waitress about an allergy and they were very accomidating. We had 5 cheese dip for an appitizer, a peppercorn steak and smothered chicken for the meal. IT WAS AMAZING! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the tvs in every booth kept my son occupied. We had a very enjoyable experience. The manager came to the table and enquired how the food and service was. He was very polite and easy to talk to. when the bill came the waitress informed us that it was kids eat free on sundays. That was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers.
