This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

If they can only keep the cost down low for others people or that person can afford it i know DECEMBER is the month when things starts too break down on you or myself like i needed a new watch i just gotten this real bad flue DECEMBER is thee month like i had a freind of mine hes a contractor he needed a new oil change flat tires new wind shield fluids a new battery a new spark plug he needed his van jump start for his new battery .,That's All!
