The Cloverdale location is a lovely place to shop. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and polite. There are always people on the floor to help with anything you need. Reminds me of days gone by where "customer service" meant something!

I REALLY LOVED HOW I WAS TREATED THERE. THE COSTUMER SERVICE THERE WAS GREAT. MY WIFE CALLED AHEAD TO CHECK IN WITH THEM FOR A FEW BOOKS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. ONCE WE GOT THERE WE TOOK A COUPLE OF BOOKS AND A RICE BAG. THEY EVEN OFFERED TO HELP US TAKE THE HEAVY RICE BAG TO OUR CAR. OVER ALL, THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE STORES BE MORE LIKE THIS.

Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

Highly recommend Magical Movers to take care of your move quickly and professionally. All our stuff was handled with care and all arrived exactly as it should. They take the time to wrap all the furniture and put down runners in the house to prevent damage. Jason was very clear with all the terms and pricing. We will use Magical Movers again in the future. Super environment. i am new to this vape culture and i needed a place where i did not feel intimidated or overwhelmed with technological terms i did not understand. I smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. I was introduced to this store by a good friend and now it's been over a week and i did not touch a cigarette. If you are looking for a place where you can actually learn about vaping product that might fit your needs with out without any pressure this is your store.
