Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage. I was very distressed and upset about the damage to my new car. I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Richmond to see what could be done about the damage. The Manager was so wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond my expectations. My car was repaired expertly. Very happy!

I have owned a lot of used cars and I've been to a lot of mechanics. It is not often that you find a garage that gives you a feeling of trust and transparency. I felt listened to, respected and they fixed what was needed in a very timely and courteous manner. I will definitely go to Ali's Garage next time I need something fixed again.
