I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. Excellent service! They were able to come to my house before hours as I work 9-5:30. The plumber arrived EARLIER than expected (also called before arriving), knew the problem right away and was out of there within 30 min. Also explained the problem and taught me a couple things! Would definitely recommend this company.
