Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

We received the best customer service last night. The salesman was very polite and so very knowledgeable. We will be returning and I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again for the great Customer Service from one Customer service rep to another.

After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.
