I have been going here for years; the staff are so knowledgable and effecient; I would not go anywhere else. I drive from Scarborough to Oakville to go here and have referred this store to many people as I find them so professional.

Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!

Both husband and wife are really nice and are very knowledgeable. Always feel like i'm getting a steal of deal when I shop there. Nice little shop!
