I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other.

We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

Dave and Dylan were surprisingly easy to deal with in purchasing a preowned vehicle. They were forthright, and respectful as we worked through the process. They removed barriers, creating an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated their professionalism – thank you.

The Empress Hotel is the icon of Victoria. For that extra special getaway I would recommend a night at this iconic property, a horse drawn carriage tour and afternoon tea. You can't get more Victorian than that! But seriously, this is a beautiful property (the rooms are a little small) but the history, design & atmosphere make up for the lack of size. Ask about the haunted stories!
