I have used Chand's Handyman Services several times during my home renovations. The guy on the phone was super friendly, not to mention really patient and helpful as I tried to figure out exactly what I needed. He went over a variety of services and several price options. GREAT prices! I have called around and found that Chand's Handyman Services has the best value.
I got to choose a 1 hour time slot that fit my schedule, and the driver called me when he was 10 minutes away, just to let me know he was close by, which I really appreciated! Most companies make you wait for 4-6 hours.
I've had 2 ROLL OFF BINS as well, one on my lawn, and one on my driveway. They supplied plywood to protect my driveway, which I thought was really thoughtful.
I would recommend Chand's Handyman Services to anyone. They are courteous, professional, personable and very affordable.

If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.
