o So many people book online, but there is no better security then being able to phone a live person to help when something goes wrong, especially when you are half a world away. We were at a conference in Europe and were due to fly back to Canada when the air traffic controllers went on rotating strikes. I had a flood and it left this terrible odor and they were able to come and in 2 days the odor was gone and so was the mold that was causing the problem.
I would recommend them to any home owner both Craig and Chris were professional and polite they listened to my concerns and got right down to it solving it.
Now I am not embarrassed to have friends come to visit.
