I was surprised at how delightful the atmosphere was, very bright but not too open (which is nice.) Lovely decor and tables, music was right up my alley. I was welcomed quickly and offered tea which I never had this time but still enjoyed the tea experience with my lunch which was soup of the day (and today's soup was sweet potato) I found a taste familiar and asked what it was and got the reply it was cardamon spice among others. Very pleasant. If you're looking for a huge meal this wouldn't be the place to go but great for brunch and light eaters like myself. I shall be back again time after time I'm sure.

It was all delicious! We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and tea very much! It brought back memories for my Mum and my Gran with a tremendous intimate atmosphere . We will definately return whenever we are in Barrie. The staff could not be more hospitable! They were friendly and very accommodating. The English imported groceries brought back so many childhood memories we could not help ourselves!
