5/5 across the board! Not surprised to see Matt getting so many positive shoutouts in the reviews. The guy was extremely informative and by no means pushed the sale at all what so ever. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Would strongly recommend these guys if the staff are all half as good as Matt was to us!

None never really told me exactly what was wrong with me until I was recommended to Dr. Stephanie, who gave me the low down on my injury in very specific detail and told me exactly what it was going to take to get me better. Everyone at The Health Loft just wants to see you succeed, which I have found to be the most invaluable part of recovering.
