Good clean buildings. Halls could use an update but everything is clean. Landlord pays the utilities and the prices are reasonable. You have to get on an waiting list for underground parking and that can take a few months. Has a fitness room which is great too.

Lived here a few years ago. Had a great time, I left because of a job somewhere else but would've stayed if I could. Great staff and great apartments. I've seen reviews of roaches but what do people expect if they don't keep their apartment clean. Never had a problem with any bugs.

Apartment Shoppe units are beautiful. Landlord is very kind and fair. I lived at 308 Princess for over a year and loved my huge 3 bedroom flat - I have never seen a place like this before. Gorgeous. Suits an Artist or someone with an artistic flair and likes to entertain or just enjoy living in visually appealing creative space. My place had many skylights which made experiencing weather a pleasure during snow / rain storms. I only left because I moved out of London.
