After having an accident we were at a loss of what to do and where to go, Dartmouth Dodge and their staff understood our problem and were very helpful and professional. The service they provided was unbelievable as they took the time to explain everything that was needed and show us what damage was done as to make us understand what parts were needed and why. The accident was on a Tuesday and the following week I had my vehicle in hand and it looked great. I thank you for taking the time with us and the care you put into our car.

This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price. He was really easy to get a hold of through
