Friendly staff and very responsible. I like the fact that they do not put our fury friends in crates after they are done grooming. It makes the place a lot more dog-friendly..

The folks at In the Raw, Jill and Rob, and their talented team are simply the best to be found anywhere in Vancouver. Their knowledge and willingness to help and advise pet owners is fantastic. I truly appreciate all their support with my black lab Sambuca before she went to the big river in the sky at 14 years of age. Bless you.
