I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.
Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.
I will continue to bring my car to him for any repair or service .

So my Rig broke down and I had to drop my 53 foot Curtain Side Trailer fully loaded on the side of the road. I called 3 other 24/7 towing company's in Edmonton and they couldn't help me but I think they didn't want to deal with it. I call Auto Rescue and they were more than helpful. They pic up my trailer and brought it to there compound while my Rig was getting fixed for a few days. Everyone there was more than helpful and the price was awesome. Thanks everyone @ Auto Rescue. Highly Recommended

Superb service and the inside of the windshield was cleaned where the competition did not.
Not a three hour install either like the competition.
