My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!

Great little shop with all kind of neat stuff in a small but very well utilized space. They do have a fabulous selection of tarot cards and self-help books. Store always smells so nice with incense and soft music playing. Good vibe and friendly people.

Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly.

My Wife had a situation where it was originally explained to us that surgery was impossible.
He along with his colleague accomplished the impossible in a 6 hour surgery one day followed by another 6 hour surgery the following day. We will always be indebted to his professional help, during our difficult experience. He was our glimmer of hope, and his team achieved the impossible.

Ray has installed frosted film on my Glass Table's & Shelving. He has provide us with great information & allow me to pick out my product. Installed 24" of frosted film in the middle of both showers. Before seeing Dr.Larry I was getting shots for my pain. I a major back problem with arthritis and scoliosis the toes were numbing and the shots at the pain clinic were not working which meant that I would have to go on steroids or narcotics for pain. Not wanting to do narcotics I was looking for another way to help me. I have now been seeing Dr. Larry for 3 months and I have increased energy, am able to walk an hour or so without pain and am learning my limits.
