There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

Recently received a new upper and lower denture. Jim was professional in every aspect of obtaining my new dentures. I was quite surprised how good the fit was with the upper. The lower has presented challenges but Jim never tired of my phone calls and visits. Highly recommend him.

Don’t bother going anywhere else, Chelsea and Robert are amazing. I should have made Chelsea crazy changing my Mind so many times about details, but she just went with the flow and changed the plans that she custom designed to fit our bathroom.
Seriously, I don’t know what we would have done without her Design and professional input, She is Brilliant! Robert is a Pillar of Support not just to the Business but to the Client, they are so Cool! A Million Stars, 5 just does not apply to them!

I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasnt sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I highly recommend this place for a repair to a high quality shoes.!

The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last 2 summers I barely turn on the air conditioning, just leave the windows open, and sometimes turn on the ceiling fans. The service was excellent. The installers arrived a few days before the install and took the measurements. The work was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets.

Linda is the best foot nurse, I travel from Toronto to Kitchener just to have her take care of my diabetic feet. Initially we used John for the front lawn.He always does an excellent job and comes on a regular basis.We started using his services for the snow removal a couple of years ago. We don't need to be the first ones to be cleared after a snow storm but whenever we have to go somewhere we let him know and he is very prompt to clear our driveway.We go away during the winter and we can rely on John to keep our property up to code.100% satisfied with the services and recommends Lawns of Distinction.

This is an excellent roofing company. They arrived on time, were polite and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything perfectly and they were the best price of the 5 quotes I got. They don't speak much English but Nancy in the office is great and can be an interpreter if you need one. Highly recommend them.
