Bob really knows his stuff (and is an excellent musician as well). He is personable and friendly and I trusted him enough to leave him alone tuning my piano when I had to go out. Dependable and reasonably priced - I have used him a number of times and will continue to do so.

We have known John @ Bell Disposal for about 20 years. We found him to be trustworthy, honest and dedicated to his profession. We own and operate a small family tree company and have chipped Christmas trees two days each year for the Canadian Cancer Society these past 20 years. John and his employees have always been there for us to collect trees and donations for this worthy cause. The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

We just had our roof replaced by Blue Mount Roofing. We are so thrilled by their whole process. Amazing skilled professionals where all the team member work towards the end result. Chatting with them, we understood that they worked together since a long time, hence their very high skill level and team work. The end result is stunning, they left the place spotless and cleaning was a big part of the smooth week they were at the house.
