Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great . Excellent service, doesn't try to "up-sell" on things but rather takes an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach. Have had service done on furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing, and have been happy with it all.

This is a fantastic place to leave older dogs. Twilla and her staff will stop at nothing to ensure their comfort and happiness. She sends txt msgs to update, too! She's very encouraging to those of us who are nervous about leaving our dogs.
Jackson is an older dog and had never been left in a kennel before so we were quite concerned but Twilla put our worries to rest and we so appreciate everything she and her staff did for our boy, Jackson. He was nothing less than happy wiggles when we arrived to collect him and when Twilla called him over to say goodbye...he couldn't get to her fast enough. He loves her!! I won't go anywhere else!

I bought a very nice set of guitar strings here. D'Addario ProSteels. The wound strings are very bright and give a rich tone. The salesman was very friendly and assisted me in choosing the right strings. It was convenient too. I just happened to be on Whyte Avenue at the time and decided to pop in.

I have used towing companies for many reasons over the years. They have been for the most part typical of the trade, abrupt and seem like shady characters.
As far as getting this level of professional service I felt I needed to go to yellowpages.ca to express how satisfied of a customer I am with A Basic Towing.
Clint is very careful, because of course, my car is my baby. And if anyone were to mistreat her I would know!
He drives very courteously and carefully and I trust him with my car and that says a lot.
