No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

An item was left at the store - through calling the customer service they confirmed the item will be waiting for collection any time just to bring our receipt. Always good service at this location.
