I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. I've been going to Dr. Sarafov for years and I'm constantly impressed. The dental hygienists are friendly and competent, and Dr. Sarafov is both caring and knowledgable! As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

While it doesn't seem that long, Mike at Crystalflow has been taking care of the extremely unusual water systems in our 175 year old heritage home in North Burlington for almost 10 years. This has included both installation of several pieces of new equipment and ongoing maintenance. After a poor experience with a previous company, I thank my lucky stars I found Crystalflow. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient and patient with our ineptitude. His prices are extremely fair and his customer service the best I have ever experienced in any supplier. Fantastic service & support, We call Deker with an ESA concern over a realty sale with only a few days to address unexpected issues, Derek came to our place within 2 hours at 7pm, after normal hours to assess concern, Lana rescheduled workers so 9am the next day a Deker crew was on site to begin repairs, they completed repairs in 2 business days, handled the ESA needs, permits, etc. on schedule and under budget.
