End of the Roll was able to provide me with a very positive experience. It went very smoothly and their carpet installer, BEN, was extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, was friendly and personable, and very easy to work with. He did an amazing job; the carpet and underlay came in at budget; we will be asking for BEN in the future as he did a fabulous job and even hauled away our old carpet and underlay! I called Rachel at all floors to see if they stocked a type of tile that I was short from a job. She didn't stock but because I was from out of town she got it from the supplier same day. What amazing customer service. Rachel you really went above and beyond! Thank you!

On budget, On time, Quality workmanship - Steven is a delight to work with because he is incredibly organized, diligent and his attention to detail demonstrates the pride he takes in his work. Additionally, he is sincere, attentive and kept us well informed throughout the duration of the project. It was a true pleasure working with Steven. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality work and fair pricing.

We really enjoy working with Riverbend. They helped us with tile, carpet and countertops for a renovation and we used them again when we added carpet to our basement. Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. We found the service great, the quality of work excellent and the price for product was exactly the same as at Home Depot. We liked the local service and owner managed presence. Their pricing and customer service is great.
