I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

I met Dr. Nelson after a slip and fall accident sustained as a letter carrier for Canada Post Corporation in 2011. My whole left side was compromised. I was hugely concerned! I had a very physically demanding job, 2 small children at home whom needed their mom and I could not even lift them because of the injury I sustained. My quality of life was the terrible! I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken.
