I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.

First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. Very pleasant staff, a pleasure to work with and I'll be back..

This Review is long overdue! Country Towing has rescued us several times now. From a collision with a deer, to having keys locked in the trunk of the car in the late evening to our truck stuck in the ditch in a blizzard. This small business has well exceeded our expectations for the service they have provided to us. It is amazing how hardworking and caring these people are. The cost is extremely fair. There is not enough space to give the praise we have for Country Towing!!!

I was able to find almost everything on my list and was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced they were. Will definitely be making a return trip soon. Only drawback was the 25 min drive but I was able to search my vehicle on website to see if they had it in their lot, which I highly recommend, as it was pretty accurate.

VERY pleased with the service we received from Amy as well as further input from Mel and Kelly for our home insurance needs. Mel took the time to review our policy and our 15 years of dealing with Co-operators and brought our coverage up to the proper requirements. As a consumer, I can't express how important it is to take the time each year upon renewal to sit down with your broker and review your policy, things change.
