Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.

I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later.
