AFTER I TRIED TO INPUT MY RECEIPT AND I COULDN'T. I WAS FRUSTRATED. NEXT DAY I CALLED AND TAMMY A REPRESENTATIVE OF TOYS RUS HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. SHE WAS KIND AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. I THINK SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION. YOUR SURVEY IS COMPLICATED AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE IT MORE EASIER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Beautiful and beyond my expectations with my wedding flowers 2013 and decor. I then had her decorate my office space and home interiors. I didn't have to worry about a thing! The service was excellent. She was pleasant and very professional. You get what you pay for and we paid for full services- totally worth it.
