As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

FVTS did a fantastic job with the work on our property. Their team was professional, efficient, and left everything tidy. They trimmed a large maple tree away from the roof with care, removed a ginkgo tree and cut the stump as low as possible, trimmed several cedars, and pruned a cherry tree to allow more light into the garden beds. We Worked with Happy Boyal. We highly recommend her. She helped us with our father moving into a rented apartment while his home was being reconstructed. She was so thoughtful and caring, considering he is 90 years old. She was very attentive, during a blackout she came and checked on him. That amongst so many other times she was able to help us out. I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Turned out my name was the same as his mother's. He guided me through the steps to safely relight the pilot light. Kudos to Ian.

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs
