This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. Every time I go here, I leave happy. My first alternator problem was solved in a few days, saving me about $1000. I payed more in towing away from the dealers options than I did for the actual fix with a used alternator. Sure maybe it's not as good as new one but for a 2010 toyota corolla, it is all the fix it needs.
