Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

This is the best store for many things to buy and we always got good service and the quality is good. I buy all my garden needs, small appliances, dog and cat food and stuff, household cleaners etc. Everything is always available and priced well.

I love the Penticton location!!! All of the staff are so friendly & go out of their way to help you. They are also very informative of their products. Today did another check mark off my bucket list, Thanks guy for giving us all a great experience of going on swan lake with the airboat, and especially for our sons 24th birthday. Knowing more of how this lake works, looking at the vegetation and seeing birds and fish and two turtle's. you don't have to go out of country to get a great time. Thanks again ever so much. Hey people give this boat a turn, an hour and learn some facts.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
