I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Thank you all so much

The Dog's Inn has taken care of my dog for years now! They have given my dog all the care in the world and I would recommend them to everyone!

Bredins Best took care of my two cats when I travelled and most recently, I had booked Bredins for two weeks then my elderly cat died unexpected just 2 days before my departure. Their compassion and integrity were truly extraordinary and massively appreciated.... they made an incredibly awful difficult time easier and I will always be grateful. Of course, I will be booking them to care for my remaining cat and the hoped-for newcomer for my next trip.

We have been taking our dogs to Jodi's for several years - almost since she opened. All I can say is that the dogs ABSOLUTELY LOVE going. During the day, the dogs play with each other in supervised settings. Jodi and her great staff ensure that dogs act appropriately with each other. My dogs come home totally exhausted - which is what we want. Jodi is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. A real dog lover. She has helped us with suggestions for training our rescue dog and we are thankful.
