We were so impressed with Better Than Home ...it's just about Better Than Home! We love that our two large breed ladies have so much space for excercise and socializing. Gord the owner clearly loves dogs (he has 5 of his own!) and knows how to handle them as alpha. The facilities are new and very clean - the owner's vision is apparent at this perfect locale. My dogs are allowed on my couch and I REALLY loved to see the TV room at Better Than Home where they can cuddle on the couch with Gord or stretch out at his feet and chew a bone. Thank you Gordon and Charity for putting my mind at ease when I have to leave my girls! Audrey

This was my young cat Scarlet’s first time away from home and in a kennel but as soon as I saw how bright, clean and orderly her new, temporary home was....I stopped worrying. She was calm and happy when I picked her up a week later and I will be taking her back to Jody soon!

I brought my two cats here while we had to be away for a couple of weeks. They were very helpful at explaining their process and resources so I felt very comfortable leaving them there.
They had a large kennel together, so they didn't have to be separated. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up, though really missing our personal snuggles.

My dogs thought they were home and not in a boarding kennel. Clean, warm, environment and I was not charged a late fee when I phoned to tell them I was going to be late, because my flight was delayed and my plane landed late. The owner Theresa was kind and understanding. Boarding with Jones kennels was so stress free, it was wonderful.

We dropped our pups off while we had a much needed vacation. I’m not a fan of travel, so my dogs have never been kennelled. I was quite nervous to leave them at first, as I wasn’t sure how the dogs would do, but the staff posted pictures that we looked for every day which really helped. The kennels were large and clean, which were great as I have giant breeds.
When I picked my dogs up, they were happy, freshly washed, and looked really good. Thank you so much!

My dogs loved it here , a small kennel owned by a very knowledgeable owner. Would recommend to anyone. Can tell the love for animals is here. I will be back forsure
