Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My Dream Kitchen - A Success
This past winter we had our kitchen renovated with Mike from Mi Woodworking. We found Mike to be professional, friendly and willing to adjust to meet the many requests on our bucket list to attain our perfect kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
