He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. Great selection of classic consoles and games, great service, everything on the site is also available in the store which was nice to know. Buddy checked all the wiiU consoles so I could get the best condition screen of what they had. I appreciated that.
