I found Dr. Hong on Google and met with him twice before finally going under a needle. My meetings were short but informative. The surgical staff was friendly and helpful. Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

If you want to beautify your house with a new paint job AND enjoy the experience, Walls Alive, owned by Paul Likuski, is the company to hire! We have had Paul and his crew back on numerous occasions over the past 10 years to complete paint jobs on both the interior and exterior of our home. We keep bringing them back because, not only is their work superb and extremely professionally done, but they're delightful people too! Each and every one of the workers is punctual, meticulous, friendly and cares deeply about doing his/her best work to make the customer happy. It is not uncommon for them to go above and beyond the call of duty, touching up spots here and there that weren't even on their agenda. They also clean up completely after each day's work and leave the house ready for the family to return. When Walls Alive came and did our exterior window frames last summer, they repaired and repainted them so well that we will be able to put off replacing the windows for at least three years. They have just recently finished repainting the interior of our 20-year-old home and it looks like a brand new house! Paul's expertise in helping to choose colours was also of great help.
