Once I agreed to proceed, he had the parts handy, and job done in no time. You can see he has worked in this field a long time. Very professional and likable. My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

Very happy with the Fire Extinguisher Installation and maintenance service from Fire Protection Services PFP. The technician arrived on time, checked every extinguisher carefully, and made sure our inspection records were updated. They also gave helpful advice on placement and future maintenance schedules. The service felt thorough without being complicated, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided.

The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

We were very pleased with the job that James and Melissa did. They were very professional in their approach, made good recommendations on the paint colouring and got the job done in the allotted time. We plan to use them again in the fall.

I called RW Electric after-hours to solve an electrical problem in my condo. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly - a faulty GFCI breaker. RW advised that exact replacements were no longer available, and the equivalent was too large to fit in the panel, so the best solution was a remanufactured unit. The breaker was expensive, but it was installed the next day, it looks just like a new, and I have a one year warranty for parts and labor. 100% satisfied. Would call them again.
