We have been taking our Freightliner truck there for years and have always received good service. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.
