In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

Our poor little puppy (ok, she's 7) was in dire straits earlier this week. With the amazing care she received from here, she was able to return home to us within a few days.
