I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Exceptionally friendly, informative and accommodating! My son has autism as well as severe anxiety with all things dental and Dr. Cook and Cheryl took the time to calm and relax him! He actually wants to go back for his future appointments. The 2 ladies up front were just as wonderful to deal with. I cannot fully explain my appreciation and gratitude towards all the staff and Dr. Cook.

From the friendly front office staff- to the very efficient and thorough Dental Hygienist Ashley, to excellent Dental Assistant Kelsie to the Dentist Extraordinaire Dr. Patel my visit was as good as it gets. The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
