I am so pleased with North Nanaimo Early Learning Centre. My daughter loves it there so much she doesn't want to be picked up! She has not only learned her alphabet this year, she has learned the letter sounds and is now reading before entering Kindergarten. She has also learned to count & can make it to 100. The program is more than I expected in a day care - it really is an "early learning centre".

My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. I have had several matters taken care of recently by Mr. Rowes office over the past several years; a couple of property purchases, will revisions and updating, and a co-venture agreement with some fellow investors. All were done quickly, professionally, and in a timely and reasonably economical fashion.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Ron and his team are awesome. They are super easy to book in with, he answers all my questions, calls me with options if things need to be repaired or replaced, and don't try to upsell. They are professional and courteous - and are a bunch of great guys!
