I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

I severely sprained my MCL and came here for my Physio. My recovery is ahead of schedule and that is absolutely a testament to the professional service provided here. I would suggest this to anyone who required physio.

This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

Yaron at Seikinesis is a brilliant and gifted practitioner who has done more for my health and well-being than I could have dreamed possible. I needed a family practice that could offer me one stop shopping. This practice has ortho, my usual dentist and great hygienists. I can bring my kids for their ortho apmts and have our needs taken care of at the same location. They explained what I needed and helped me understand my insurance benefits better.
