We were looking at having to get a new washer before we talked to G&H. They advised us that they could repair our old one for less than half a new one and it would last longer too!
For $180 in parts and labour and a half hour’s time, our 13yr old direct drive unit is running like new!
Would recommend to anyone who has a direct drive washer to have it repaired by G&H instead of replacing it with a junk new one!

Rick was able to fix our stove when a previous repair company could not. We are beyond happy with our working stove and we will definitely be calling Rick the next time an appliance needs some attention!

My front load washer wouldn't drain. Your service technican John is true asset to your company. He was friendly and told me what the promblem was with 10 minutes.

Jim was excellent. Outstanding service. Arrived promptly after I called the day before that our fridge/freezer not working. First thing in the morning in a COVID-19 situation. Mask, gloves, physical distancing. Thanks, thanks and more thanks!! Oh yes and the fridge/freezer are working fine.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!
