Purchasing our first home my girlfriend and I knew that we needed to address the foundations issues that were evident upon inspection. Capital foundation gave us a good understanding of what was required to ensure a sound, dry basement going forward and they gave us good understanding of the services they were going to provide and why it was important not to cut corners on this kind of work. I have used consulting services from Flawless Space during basement renovation. Vanja was there to help and guide me along the way. Her superior customer service skills made the renovation process easy. I was hoping to create a sophisticated, rich and cozy look in the basement. However, I did not know where to begin and have shied away from dark colors as I was worried they might make the basement rooms appear dark and small. Vanja's advice and selection of colors, flooring and accessories gave the exact results I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the final result. My family and friends love spending time in the newly renovated family room.
I will definitely use Vanja's help during any other renovations.

Thank you! We called and left a message and got a call back right away. We booked the service for next day. They guys arrived on time and offered advise on issues they saw with flooring safety. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored.
